Why
Clarify the core purpose behind a project so people can actually understand the problem you are solving.
The NUP Framework is
our process for turning
strategy into narrative
control.
The Method
Clarify the core purpose behind a project so people can actually understand the problem you are solving.
Map the specific audiences who drive support, skepticism, or misinformation so messaging is intentional, not generic.
Build the messaging architecture and communication channels to create clarity and consistency.
Execute with timing and context that gets ahead of narratives, not behind them.

Problem
A-Lert was a leading roofing contractor with no digital system to match their reputation. Their site treated every visitor the same, regardless of whether they were a homeowner or a commercial developer.
Execution
We rebuilt their site from the ground up and created three separate conversion environments: commercial, residential, and gutters, each with its own messaging and lead flow. Then we built an automated follow-up system so every lead activated, not just arrived.

Problem
The Commissioners were doing the work but not owning the story. Updates trickled out slowly, without structure, and the community had no reliable source for what their local government was actually doing.
Execution
We turned the Commissioners into their own media channel. Short-form video, consistent posting cadence, and a direct-to-community voice that delivered information from the source, not secondhand. +300% impressions growth in 2025.

Problem
OBICAI's restaurants had real personality, great food, and a great atmosphere, but their social media looked like every other local restaurant: low engagement, minimal reach, no reason for anyone to follow or share.
Execution
We stopped treating them like restaurants and started treating them like creators. Influencer collabs, giveaway mechanics, and scroll-stopping video turned their feeds into something people actually wanted to follow. All three brands grew consistently from day one.
